Deepa Harinarayan21 April 2024I had been to Lotus Dental Hub with a severe toothache and sensitivity. I met Dr. Poojitha - the senior most doctor here. She made me understand when should a Root Canal Treatment be performed and when should a tooth extraction be done. She explained this to me patiently. Under her guidance, Dr. Nandini performed RCT on one of my teeth. Throughout the procedure, she was very gentle and compassionate. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Athulya Vijayan performed RCT too and thereafter fixed the teeth crowns following which I started developing mouth ulcers. She cleaned the ulcers and then, prescribed a gel to be applied on it. Dr. Athulya was very humble and stayed calm through out the procedures. She also gave me time to relax after which, she continued with the procedure. Depending on the severity of your condition, the doctors here call you personally to find about your health conditions too. The doctors I met here are very good and also they always greet you with a smile. They also tend to follow up with their patients to ensure their comfort. Thank you for your spectacular service!
